After 4 years, NEXCOM is hyped to highlight the strengths of its mobile computing solutions and domain know-how, with the aim to strengthen public safety, infotainment, and security, NEXCOM will showcase its Video Surveillance Solution, Passenger Infotainment Solution, and Edge AI Computing Solutions at the InnoTrans 2022 at Berlin, Germany. NEXCOM will present its latest-announced railway computer series, powered by the latest advanced processors and technologies. The exhibition will be taking place from September 20th to 23rd at Messe Berlin GmbH ExpoCenter City. Be sure to visit NEXCOM at Booth #310, Hall 4.1.
At the show, NEXCOM will map out clear application diagrams by presenting multiple live and visualized solution demos and introduce how NEXCOM’s transportation computers apply to a myriad of railway and in-vehicle vertical markets. For the Video Surveillance Solution, the Railway Computer - nROK 7252 with the industry-leading video management software, will be connected with PoE IP cameras, enabling operators to conduct extensive monitoring of onboard activities to ensure onboard security. Whereas, the Passenger Infotainment Solution will showcase long-range infotainment transmitting technology with the 10.4” Vehicle Mount Display VMD 3002, In-Vehicle Dual HDMI Extender VIP 1000, and 10. 4” Railway Open Frame Panel Computer vROK 3030, providing fast and steady real-time weather information, real-time passenger information, and entertainment throughout the cabin without distance limitation. The Media Server will exhibit The Rack Mount Railway Computer aROK 5510, which is a wireless gateway and 2U server platform with 6 x 2.5” SSDs, 3 x 5G modules, and 2 x Wi-Fi 6E modules to deliver large storage space, fast speed, high density, and low latency data transmission for passengers to enjoy their onboard infotainment experience. While the Edge AI Computing Solutions will present Semantic Segmentation and Object Detection Solution with two live demonstrations - aROK 8110 for rail applications and ATC 3530-IP7-4C for road. NEXCOM will provide high-performance image analysis on both applications to create and maximize a safer riding experience for all passengers and pedestrians.
In addition, visitors will be able to view the latest and highly popular solutions for public transit, such as Bus ADAS Solution, to demonstrate object detection, collision avoidance alerts, and lane detection. Whereas, the In-Train Passenger Counting System will use The Railway Computer nROK 1020 and Light Sensor to perform 3D object recognition technology. Let us welcome a smarter, safer, and more efficient travel experience than ever before.
